Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, has acquired RKD Group, a provider of omnichannel fundraising and marketing services for nonprofits, from BV Investment Partners.
RKD is based out of Dallas and has raised billions of dollars for its clients while also serving hundreds of nonprofit organizations. The firm provides data-driven services to generate net revenue, enhance growth, build client relationships and drive donor engagement.
