This transaction marks VIP’s 27th add-on acquisition since its founding in 2017 and supports its strategy to deepen its presence in major metropolitan areas.
Ophthalmic Associates of Alexandria, founded in 2010 and led by Dr. Jacob Clark, provides multi-specialty eye care services including laser surgery, glaucoma and cataract management and optical fittings. The practice is located in downtown Alexandria and is recognized for its advanced technology and strong patient outcomes in vision care.
