GID, a vertically integrated real estate investor, has acquired 265 Foster Street, a 58,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located in Littleton, MA at the intersection of I-495 and Route 2.

The property boasts seven acres of excess land currently operating as outdoor storage space and features six dock-high doors with three drive-ins with clear heights between 19 and 24 feet. The transaction enhances GID’s industrial Boston-area portfolio.

GID’s current portfolio consists of over 46,000 residential units with over 20 million square feet of industrial space and over one million square feet of retail and office space.
