GEM Manufacturing, a portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, has bought Coining Manufacturing LLC and Precision Machine Products Inc., a provider of stamping and machining services.
Founded in 1990, the company offers die stamping, screw machining, CNC machining and wire EDM manufacturing technologies to produce precision parts. The company also provides piercing, slotting, drawing, coining, trimming, tapping, deburring and bending. Beyond milling and drilling, the company can perform machining operations including knurling, counterboring and threading to create geometries and multifaceted structures while holding tight tolerances.
