Rosewood Private Investments has acquired American Petroleum Sales and Services and Petroleum Equipment Company Inc. Following the deal, the firms will be held under the new holding company, Stationserv.

AMPET is a petroleum equipment distributor with installation, distribution and servicing capabilities. The firm operates out of four branches in Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee. PECO is a petroleum equipment distributor and service company based out of Mississippi with customers across the Southeast.
