Prime Number Acquisition I Corp., a newly organized blank check company, has hired Weixiong Cheong as the chief operating officer.
Mr. Cheong will work with PNAC’s CEO Dongfeng Wang and will assist him in managing the firm.
Mr. Cheong has served as the chief operating officer for Blue World Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company. Mr. Cheong is an affiliate of DBG Global Limited, a member of Prime Number Acquisition LLC, a sponsor of the company.
