Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board has purchased Acorn Health LLC from MBF Healthcare Partners II LP, a middle market healthcare-focused private equity firm.

Acorn Health, based in Coral Gables, Florida and an accredited national provider of applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.
