Mangrove Equity Partners has closed Mangrove Investors IV LP at its $250 million hard cap, with the fund significantly oversubscribed.
The vehicle will continue the firm’s strategy of partnering with entrepreneurs, owners and management teams of lower middle market businesses where Mangrove can leverage its operational resources to support organizational development and growth. The firm also committed substantial personal capital alongside Fund IV, increasing the total capital available for deployment and aligning the investment team with its limited partners and portfolio companies.
