Horizon Quantum Computing Pte. Ltd. has finalized its previously announced merger with dMY Squared Technology Group Inc., a special purpose acquisition company.
The transaction generated approximately $120 million in gross proceeds, which the company plans to deploy toward research and development, expansion of its hardware testbed and further advancement of its Triple Alpha development platform. Founded in Singapore, Horizon Quantum Computing develops software infrastructure designed to enable developers to build applications for quantum computing systems. The company focuses on creating hardware-agnostic tools that can operate across different quantum architectures, positioning itself to support a broad range of computational use cases as the quantum ecosystem evolves. Its core offering, the Triple Alpha platform, aims to simplify quantum software development and accelerate adoption among enterprise and research users.
