Bank of America Corp.‘s Omar Davis, global mining head, is retiring.

London-based Davis will remain with the bank over the coming month as he hands over the reins to Ben Davies, who has most recently run the same business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, reported Bloomberg News. During his two decades with Bank of America, Davis has helped manage relationships with mining companies including Glencore Plc and Anglo American Plc.

Davies joined Bank of America from JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017, according to Bloomberg. Davies will be succeeded as head of EMEA mining by Pete Surr.
