COEO Solutions, a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group, has acquired S-NET Communications Inc., advancing its strategy to build a managed network and cloud communications platform for multi-location mid-market businesses.
Founded more than 20 years ago, S-NET Communications provides a fully integrated suite of managed network and cloud-based services, including SD-WAN, SASE, managed firewall, UCaaS, CCaaS and managed IT services. The company has developed particular expertise in sectors such as hospitality, quick-service restaurants, franchising and healthcare—industries characterized by distributed, multi-location operations.
