ZenaTech (Nasdaq: ZENA), an AI and drone services provider, has signed an agreement to acquire a Southeast U.S. warehouse and inventory management services company serving a major branch of the U.S. Department of Defense.

The target brings over 25 years of defense logistics experience and active multi-year government contracts. The acquisition strengthens ZenaTech’s East Coast Drone as a Service (DaaS) footprint, enhancing its ability to deploy the IQ Nano indoor inventory management drone for automated, GPS-denied warehouse operations, military stock tracking and secure surveillance.

This marks ZenaTech’s eighth acquisition toward its goal of establishing 25 DaaS locations by mid-2026, offering subscription-based drone services for government and commercial clients without the need for hardware or operational investment.
