Thoma Bravo, a private equity investment firm focused on the software sector, has acquired RealPage Inc., a global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, in an all-cash transaction that valued RealPage at approximately $10.2 billion, including net debt.

BofA Securities acted as financial advisor to RealPage, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz acted as its legal counsel. Financing for the transaction was provided by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
