Silver Oak Services Partners LLC, a lower middle market private equity firm focused exclusively on business, healthcare and consumer service businesses, has led the recapitalization of Drive Automotive Services LLC.
Drive, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a full-service operator of automotive repair shops.
