Powerhouse Retail Services, a provider of high-volume, multi-site rollouts and refreshes and recurrent facilities maintenance services and portfolio company of Lincolnshire Management Inc. private equity, has acquired Advanced Service Solutions.
Advanced is a provider of facilities maintenance management and offers interior and exterior services to commercial clients. The firm delivers snow removal, landscaping, parking lot maintenance, janitorial services, HVAC, plumbing and equipment maintenance.
This is the fourth acquisition made by Powerhouse since it was acquired by Lincolnshire in 2019. The firm intends on creating a national platform company providing facilities maintenance services to a range of blue chip customers.
