Marvell has agreed to acquire Tanzanite Silicon Solutions Inc., a Compute Express Link technologies developer in an all-cash transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.
Marvell’s ongoing data-focused investments have upscaled the company’s CXL development goals. Tanzanite has developed CXL technology that helps firms with infrastructure agility.
