Main Capital Partners has acquired majority stakes in both Oribi ID Solutions and Qics. These are the first two investments for the recently launched Main Foundation I fund, concentrated on smaller, high potential software firms.

Oribi provides software for identity & access management that is used by 70% of Dutch municipalities. Qics is a provider of professional services automation that supports business services providers and healthcare companies in their digital transformation with SaaS services for various planning and invoicing needs.

To date, Main has closed 35 acquisitions in 2021 as it continues to look for organic growth while driving expansion into adjacent markets.

“The Professional Services Automation market and the Identity & Access Management market offer several growth opportunities on both national and international levels,” explains Charly Zwemstra, CEO at Main Capital Partners. “We have extensive experience within both sectors which we will implement to further grow and develop these exciting businesses. We want to play an important role in consolidating these fragmented software markets by perfecting strong European software firms and achieving sustainable growth through solid business models.”
