IM Global Partner, a global asset management network, has made a deal as part of its efforts toward expansion in the U.S., entering a partnership with Richard Bernstein Advisors. The firm acquired a 45 percent non-controlling stake in RBA. RBA is a renowned New York-based asset allocation specialist.
