Security 101, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a provider of commercial security services, has acquired Integrated Systems & Services Inc., a security integrator based in Eatontown, N.J.
Founded in 1993, ISSI is built on more than three decades of experience designing, installing and maintaining miselectronic security systems for enterprise clients across the Northeast. The company is known for its work in high-security environments, including data centers, healthcare facilities and other critical infrastructure.
