Five Star Parks & Attraction, a Fruition Partners-backed platform that invests in FECs, has acquired Dubby’s Attractions and Celebration Station. Dubby’s Attractions and Celebration Station are two FEC operators located in the Midwest.
Dubby’s Attractions is an operator of family entertainment centers that offer ziplining and horse riding activities in locations like Missouri and Tennessee. Celebration Station is a family entertainment center operator known for its entertainment and food offerings. The transaction will expand Five Star’s offerings throughout the Midwest and supports its goal of significant growth in the amusement industry.
