EyeCare Partners has bought CEI Vision Partners from Revelstoke Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity fund.

Going forward, EyeCare Partners intends to create a clinically integrated vision care network that includes over 280 ophthalmologist, 700 optometrists with over 5,000 clinical staffers and 1,200 support service employees all across 18 states.

Since its inception in 2018, CEI has grown to over 150 providers across all ophthalmic subspecialties and provides quality, patient centric care through 47 clinical centers and 8 surgical centers across the Midwest and Mid-atlantic.
