Authentic Brands Group, a brand owner, lifestyle, entertainment and marketing company, has acquired Ted Baker, a British lifestyle brand.
Ted Baker focuses on quality, design details and modern style. The brand offers contemporary designer style options and classics for men and women and is available in 370 stories, shop-in-shops and concessions worldwide. ABG looks to convert Ted Baker into a licensed business model, and seeks to manage the manufacturing, physical retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations of the Ted Baker business.
