Alvarez & Marsal has appointed Marilyn Adan as a senior director within its corporate performance improvement practice’s corporate M&A services group.
Ms. Adan will strengthen the group’s corporate M&A lines of service and ability to help clients optimize value. Ms. Adan brings over 20 years of experience specializing in M&A integration, program management and enterprise software. Ms. Adan spent 19 years with Synopsys as the program management office lead of the software integrity group.
“Over the last two decades, Marilyn has established and led the Integration Management Office for multiple billion-dollar deals to facilitate market consolidation, global expansion, acquire intellectual property and launch new business lines,” said Colin Harvey, managing director at Alvarez & Marsal. “In addition to her extensive integration experience, Marilyn’s in-depth knowledge of semiconductors, integrated circuits and software-as-a-service aligns with our clients’ needs.”
