Winsert, a manufacturer of metal parts and a portfolio company of Altus Capital Partners, has purchased Alloy Cast Products, an investment casting and machining manufacturer of cobalt alloys.
ACP is a producer of wear and corrosion-resistant alloys with a focus on castings and machine-finished parts made from cobalt-based alloys, primarily from their trademark Rexalloy. With the acquisition, Winsert aims to offer additional products and services to the two companies’ current and prospective customers.
