Lantern Limited has acquired Freyda Limited, a provider of AI-driven document intelligence technology for institutional limited partners and fund administrators.
The transaction strengthens Lantern’s position as a data assurance platform for private markets by extending its capabilities from fund manager reporting through to investor-ready data intelligence. The combination is designed to address persistent challenges associated with fragmented data, manual reconciliation processes, and limited trust in private markets reporting workflows.
Freyda specializes in extracting, structuring and validating data from private markets documents, including capital notices, quarterly statements and other fund reporting materials. Its technology helps institutional LPs and fund administrators automate traditionally manual processes used to normalize and reconcile information across multiple investment managers.
