Crisil, an S&P Global company, is purchasing McKinsey PriceMetrix Co., a provider of performance benchmarking and analytics for the wealth management sector.
The acquisition is aimed at enhancing Crisil’s capabilities in wealth analytics and expanding its reach among global banks, wealth managers, and registered investment advisors. Post-closing, PriceMetrix will become part of Crisil Coalition Greenwich, with all employees transitioning to Crisil.
PriceMetrix, headquartered in Toronto, serves wealth management firms across the U.S. and Canada. Its proprietary database encompasses $8 trillion in assets under management and 30 million investment accounts, supported by 25 years of data.
