Concord Music Group Inc. finalized a $500 million asset-backed deal with Apollo Global Management Inc. to help finance its acquisition of Round Hill Music LP, according to Bloomberg News.
Round Hill agreed to be acquired by Alchemy Copyrights LLC, trading as Concord, in September. Round Hill’s music portfolio contains more than 120,000 songs including The Beatles’ She Loves You and The Twist by Chubby Checker, Bloomberg reported.
