The Strawhecker Group, an analytics and consulting firm, has acquired Global NetWatch, a software provider that monitors web, network infrastructure and card transactions.
Global NetWatch has developed a performance and monitoring software service that aims to drive synthetic traffic to simulate the end-user experience. The company serves industries including banking, e-commerce and technology and works to help clients avoid downtime on their sites.
