Monroe Capital, a private credit asset manager, has invested $250 million in Second Avenue Group, a single-family rental platform.

Second Avenue aims to build the industry’s most effective SFR investing and rental platform. Second Avenue provides sought-after rental homes for families and builds and manages attractive, high-yield SFR property portfolios for institutional investors. The firm is currently active in 10 markets and has targeted an additional 10 markets for entry in the next year, expecting to deploy $1 billion annually.
