CGI Automated Manufacturing, a provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts and portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, has acquired Elite Manufacturing Technologies.
EMT is a supplier of precision sheet metal components and assemblies and focuses on manufacturing cabinets, consoles, and electro-mechanical assemblies for the gaming industry.
