TN Capital Advisors, a mergers & acquisitions advisory boutique, has hired Tony Allott as a senior advisor.
Allott, who serves as chairman of the board at Silgan Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SLGN), and was the company’s Chief Executive Officer until September 1.
