ONE Bow River National Defense Fund invested in PteroDynamics, a developer of autonomous vertical takeoff and landing aircraft systems, to accelerate engineering operations, flight testing and manufacturing expansion for its Transwing VTOL unmanned aircraft systems platform.
The investment aligns with ONE Bow River’s strategy of backing differentiated defense and aerospace technologies that strengthen U.S. national security and industrial readiness. Based in Colorado, PteroDynamics develops autonomous VTOL unmanned aircraft systems designed for contested logistics, surveillance, and remote operations in harsh environments. The company’s proprietary Transwing technology enables the aircraft to fold its wings and transition between vertical and fixed-wing horizontal flight configurations.
