Poppulo, backed by Vista Equity Partners, has acquired Paris-based Sociabble, an employee engagement and advocacy platform provider, to expand its AI-powered employee experience capabilities and strengthen its offering for enterprise internal communications, engagement and frontline workforce connectivity.
The acquisition combines Poppulo’s employee communications and digital signage platform with Sociabble’s social intranet, frontline mobile application, employee advocacy and employee recognition capabilities. The companies said the combined platform will help organizations consolidate fragmented employee communications and engagement tools into a single governed platform powered by AI. Poppulo said the transaction enhances its ability to deliver more measurable and personalized employee experiences while providing stronger governance, analytics, and workflow automation for enterprise customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in France, Sociabble provides employee communication and engagement software focused on social intranet functionality, employee advocacy, frontline communications and rewards services.
