Bluespring Wealth Partners has bought Synthesis Wealth Planning, a Kestra Financial-affiliated wealth management firm headquartered in Morristown, N.J.
The transaction also includes the previously completed merger of fellow Kestra-affiliated firm IFG Wealth Strategies, based in Raritan, N.J., into Synthesis, bringing the combined practice to approximately $1.1 billion in overseen assets. The deal expands Bluespring’s presence across New Jersey and Jupiter, Fla., and marks the firm’s fifth announced acquisition of 2026 following nine acquisitions completed in 2025 representing more than $6 billion in AUM.
