Innovaccer Inc., a healthcare AI company, has acquired the assets of CaduceusHealth, a revenue cycle management (RCM) services provider focused on ambulatory care.
The transaction expands Innovaccer’s Flow suite into a full-stack RCM platform that combines scheduling, patient engagement and end-to-end revenue cycle management in a single AI-native operating layer for healthcare providers. The acquisition marks Innovaccer’s fifth transaction and strengthens its position in agentic AI services for health systems and physician groups.
Founded in 1997, CaduceusHealth provides billing, claims management and denial resolution services for ambulatory healthcare organizations across multiple specialties and electronic health record systems. The company’s U.S.-based team supports nearly 4,000 providers and manages approximately $5 billion in annual gross patient charges. The business has built longstanding relationships with physician networks and health systems, including Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, where executives credited the company with supporting the growth of its physician network from 50 providers to more than 700 providers.
