Marathon HVAC Services, a residential HVAC service company in southern California and a portfolio company of Sound Partners LLC, has acquired SoCal HVAC Specialist Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. and Aloha Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration.
SoCal HVAC Specialist, founded in 2003 by John Farrugia, offers emergency services, maintenance and repairs for heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Aloha, founded in 1985 by Ric Moa and Vivian Moa, services thousands of annual maintenance contracts and is focused on building and maintaining customer relationships. Both companies look to strengthen the collective offering in the southern California market.
