The new ELTIF (European Long Term Investment Fund)-compliant Partners Group Private Equity Evergreen looks to draw on the firm’s experience in both evergreen funds and ELTIFs.
Partners Group launched one of the first evergreen funds more than 20 years ago. Investors in the fund will benefit from typical evergreen features, while the ELTIF structure aims to provide an additional layer of investor protection. The fund is available to individual investors exclusively through the firm’s select network of distribution partners across markets in Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Benelux regions, among others.
