Data Clean Corp., a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, has acquired DC Canada Inc., a provider of decontamination services for critical environments focused on data centers across Canada.
Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, DC Canada has provided decontamination removal and control services since 2002. Through this deal, Data Clean extends its contamination control capabilities and penetrates a critical and rapidly growing data center market. The transaction marks Data Clean’s fourth acquisition since being acquired by Angeles.
