Godspeed Capital Management LP‘s SAS, the private equity firm’s recently launched space engineering, defense and communications technology services platform, has acquired Willbrook Solutions Inc.
Founded in 2006, and based in Huntsville, Ala., Willbrook is an analytical services provider to the Missile Defense Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, NASA, Department of Defense and commercial space customers. The transaction marks the first addition to the growing SAS platform, expanding its capabilities in the missile defense industry.
