Appearance Technology Group, a portfolio company of Morgenthaler Private Equity and a provider of car care accessories, has bought BAF Industries, a manufacturer of car care liquid chemicals and aerosols.
BAF offers a portfolio of soaps, cleaners, degreasers, aerosols, waxes, polishes, compounds and coatings sold under the PRO brand. The company is headquartered in Tustin, Calif., with a manufacturing and distribution facility in Florence, Ky.
