Innovative Motion Technologies, an industrials technology platform focused on interface and control services and backed by Cathay Capital, has closed its purchase of Check Technology, a flexible heating system provider.
Founded in 1993, Check Technology designs, manufactures and markets heating and control systems looking to meet the needs of seating and other applications across multiple industries. The acquisition looks to improve IMT’s position in the healthcare, agriculture and off-road vehicle markets. The company boasts full-scale manufacturing in Troy, Mich.
