Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal‘s talent organization & people management practice within the firm’s corporate performance improvement group has appointed Houston-based managing director Teal Reamer.
Reamer’s hire reflects CPI’s talent growth strategy for expanding services into geographic markets and industry sectors. Reamer focuses on culture and change, organizational operating models, executive team effectiveness and strategy alignment. Prior to joining A&M, Reamer spent 10 years at BTS USA, most recently as a senior vice president, partner and head of BTS Central.
