Traffic & Mobility Consultants, a Grovecourt Capital Partners-backed transportation planning and traffic engineering firm, has acquired Lincks & Associates, a transportation and traffic engineering services firm headquartered in Tampa, Fla.
Founded in 1987, Lincks serves both the public and private sectors across central Florida. Lincks brings experience to TMC’s expanding portfolio and builds upon the complementary client portfolios of both firms, looking to unlock new growth opportunities. This is TMC’s second acquisition in Florida and part of its strategy to serve customers statewide.
