CC Industries Inc., the management company for the Crown family’s privately held companies, has purchased Foremark Performance Chemicals Inc. from SK Capital Partners LP.
Acquired by SK Capital in 2017, Foremark is a technology-driven producer of natural gas sweeteners, chemical building blocks and slow-release fertilizers. The company is headquartered in League City, Texas. Foremark operates out of a manufacturing facility in La Porte, Texas, that is located on the Houston ship channel.
