Olympus Cosmetic Group, a platform providing cosmetic surgery, dermatological treatments and non-surgical cosmetic procedures and a portfolio company of VSS Capital Partners, has purchased Artisan Plastic Surgery and Artisan Beauté, a managed cosmetic surgery and medspa enterprise.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Artisan operates four locations that provide treatments to patients. Supported by a talented team of female surgeons, its highly complementary Artisan Beauté medspa locations provide patients with access to the company’s non-surgical aesthetic procedures. VSS made an additional investment to support Olympus’ first acquisition.
