Noosa Labs, a company focused on acquiring smaller SaaS businesses, has bought Evalart, a Latin American provider of skill assessment software.
Founded in 2017, Evalart focuses on human resources technology, offering services for skills assessment catering to the needs of businesses across various industries. The acquisition by Noosa Labs will drive Evalart’s offerings with new user experience and interface designs, tools leveraging generative AI and services for mid-sized and larger customers. Additionally, this acquisition marks Noosa Labs’ entry into both the Latin American market and the HR tech sector.
