Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a fire protection and life safety firm, has purchased Frazier Fire LLC, through its portfolio company Rapid Fire Protection Group.
The deal will expand Pye-Barker’s service offerings into Oklahoma and results in the firm providing services across 27 states and 120 offices. Frazier is a full service sprinkler company in operation in Oklahoma City for seven years. The firm offers design, installation and inspection services for fire sprinkler systems for new construction projects.
