RIA investor Constellation Wealth Capital has taken a minority stake in Requisite Capital Management, a firm headquartered in Dallas that oversees roughly $2.3 billion in client assets.

For Constellation, the deal with Requisite is the second it has confirmed this month. Requisite is owned by managing partners Doug John and Bryn Talkington, who broke away from UBS (NYSE: UBS) in June of 2017 to found Requisite Capital Management, which generally works with ultra-wealthy clients.

Colchester Partners served as Requisite Capital Management’s investment banker.
