Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, has promoted Alan Schwartz and Gwen Reinke to senior managing director, chief legal officer, co-head of legal and compliance and senior managing director, chief compliance officer, co-head of legal and compliance, respectively.
The firm has also promoted Abhay Puskoor and Ben Benson to managing directors, private equity, Endeavor Fund. Alex Hughes and Brendan Renehan were promoted to managing director, Vista Credit Partners.
