PestCo Holdings LLC, a Thompson Street Capital Partners portfolio company, has bought PestShield LLC, which offers residential pest control services.
Located in St. Louis, Mo., PestShield partners with local home builders to pre-install preventive pest control equipment in homes during the construction phase. This is the 14th investment for PestCo.
